Return Policy



To begin the return process, please click here to fill out a support ticket. Have your order number or receipt ready. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

For a full refund, please return your order in its original condition within 15 days of receiving. After 15 days, you may receive store credit for the price paid on the returned item. This only applies to orders placed from our web store.

After 30 days, no refunds can be offered. Our product warranty is for one full year from date of purchase and it covers manufacturer defects only.

Warranty

Our warranty is simple. If your product is malfunctioning, or has become damaged or broken (sorry - accidents don't count!), we'll send you a brand new product. Your warranty must be redeemed within one year of purchase, and is only valid for authentic LSTN products purchased directly from our site or from one of our authorized retailers, including the official LSTN Sound Co. storefront on Amazon.com. You must present a valid order number or receipt to redeem your warranty.

We cannot honor warranty for products purchased from any unauthorized sellers, including third-party Amazon resellers. Our retail locations cannot accept returns by mail.
