Like many retailers, we guarantee our products; if an item hasn’t met your expectations, you can bring it back. Unlike most retailers, we also guarantee the product selection advice offered through our catalog, website, and staff; if an item you’ve purchased based on this advice turns out to be unsuitable, you can bring it back. In either case, simply return the item for exchange, refund, or credit.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges can be made by mail. It's simple:
1) Shoot us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what's up.
2) Send your pair back to our Los Angeles headquarters:

West Hollywood, CA 90069
3) Once we receive them, we'll be glad to issue a full refund of the product cost, or exchange for another product.
Please note: Our retail stores cannot accept returns by mail or courier.
Our warranty is simple. If your headphones break for any reason, you can return them for new ones within one year of purchase.
