Customer Service Coordinator - Orange County, CA

We are in need of a customer service representative to help support the increasing growth of our brand.  The customer service rep is responsible for overseeing the day to day customer service operations at LSTN. This position will provide general customer service support for our direct to consumer business.

Customer service rep will be working from home with infrequent visits to our Irvine warehouse.

Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
  • Investigate and resolve customer charge backs, deductions and queries.
  • Organize and coordinate the return process.
  • Communicating with customers in a courteous and professional manner via phone, email or mail in an effort to collect payment.

  • Basic understanding of the A/R and A/P process
  • Prior Customer Service experience preferred

Compensation: Based on previous experience and expertise/part time
Location: Orange County, CA
Timing: Open Until Fulfilled
